Process

How buying through MedinaTowers works

Six phases, each with a defined output and a named responsible party. No phase is performed by us where the law requires a licensed professional.

1. Preliminary eligibility

You complete a structured assessment. We return a rules-based preliminary view and a list of the exact questions Saudi counsel must answer for your circumstances.

2. Legal confirmation

A licensed Saudi lawyer confirms in writing whether a route exists for your nationality, residency status and target city, and which legal right you can hold.

3. Search and shortlist

You filter listings by the legal right on offer as well as price, and we collect the deed reference and advertising licence number for each shortlisted unit.

4. Diligence

Deed and encumbrance verification, off-plan licence and escrow checks, owners' association accounts and reserve fund position, and a physical inspection.

5. Contract and payment

Counsel reviews the reservation form and sale contract. Funds move through a regulated provider or a project escrow account — never through MedinaTowers.

6. Notarisation and handover

Tax declaration, electronic notarisation of the deed transfer, then owners' association registration, utilities and tenancy registration if you let.
